Research on Occupational Burnout of Rural Primary and Secondary School Teachers and the Strategies of Reducing Burden and Improving Quality Under the Background of "Double Reduction"
The "double reduction" policy has put forward new requirements for primary and secondary school teachers,invisibly increasing their workload and work pressure,and even causing some teachers to experience occupational burnout. It is urgent for primary and secondary school teachers to reduce their workload and improve their quality. The article conducts a questionnaire survey on 275 rural primary and secondary school teachers,analyzes their occupational burnout under the background of "double reduction",and proposes clarifying the main body of responsibility,uniting efforts,improving the work status of rural primary and secondary school teachers,and assisting in the implementation of the "double reduction" policy.
