摘要

随着幼儿教育改革的不断深入,对于幼儿园教师跨学科能力的要求也越来越高.幼儿园教师跨专业研修共同体成为提升教师跨学科能力的重要途径.文章探讨幼儿园教师跨专业研修共同体对教师跨学科能力提升的影响,并提出构建途径以推动教师专业发展.

Abstract

With the deepening of early childhood education reform,the requirements for kindergarten teachers' interdisciplinary ability are getting higher and higher. Kindergarten teachers' interdisciplinary training community has become an important way to improve teachers' interdisciplinary ability. This paper explores the impact of kindergarten teachers' interdisciplinary training community on the improvement of teachers' interdisciplinary abilities,and puts forward some ways to promote teachers' professional development.
