数字经济对人类生产生活、商业业态带来巨大影响.新财经人才培养在数字经济时代有新内涵和新要求.文章阐释数字时代新财经人才培养的内涵变革与目标定位,提出坚持价值引领,开设创新班先行先试,推进校企协同育人,营造学生中心泛在学习新场域等具体推进路径,形成"学生中心、文理融合、数智赋能、多元协同、先行先试"的财经人才培养新模式.
Abstract
The digital economy has had a huge impact on human production,life,and commercial formats. The cultivation of new financial talents has new connotations and requirementsin the era of digital economy. The article elaborates on the connotation transformation and target positioning of the training of new financial talents in the digital era,proposes specific promotion paths,such as adhering to value guidance,setting up innovative classes as the pilot,promoting school-enterprise collaborative education,and creating a student-centered U-Learning field,forming a new model of financial talent training that is student-centered,integrated with arts and sciences,empowered with digital intelligence,and featured by multiple collaboration and trying first.
