With the continuous development of economy and society,the employment-orientedcultivation of financial management professionals in higher vocational colleges has become the focus of current financial education. Based on this,this paper analyzes the common problems in the current cultivation of financial management professionals in vocational colleges,formulates the employment-oriented principles for cultivating financial management professionals in vocational colleges,and puts forward specific cultivation strategies,with a view to providing reference for the cultivation of financial management professionals in vocational colleges.
