In recent years,cross-border e-commerce in China has flourished,and there is a strong demand for cross-border e-commerce talents. Based on the competency model,this paper designs the three-dimensional abilities that are fit for cross-border e-commerce talents,points outthe challenges faced by vocational colleges in cultivating cross-border e-commerce talents and proposes suggestions for improvement,with a view to promoting the cultivation of high-quality cross-border e-commerce talents in vocational colleges.
