Language is a fusion of content and form. The purpose of generating high contents and achieving high goals can be realized through the new unified construction of content and form of language system. In the ideological and political system of colleges and universities,there are such problems as the separation of language expression and content generation in ideological and political courses,lack of audience attention,deficiency in down-to-earth language,and difficulty in achieving goals. Facing these practical difficulties this article explores a new narrative expression tool system to empower ideological and political education in colleges and universities.By making full use of new conceptual tools,it constructs an ideological and political affinity language system which is more attractive,targeted,efficient,proficient in achieving goals,and fresh and lively.
