摘要

目前教育生态学说受到广泛关注.类似自然环境中的生态危机,教育也面临挑战.教育起源于劳动需要,带有功利主义色彩,并经历了从外在目的到"无目的"的变迁.存在主义视野中的教育生态平衡呼唤着对教师权威角色的辩证态度,审视师生心理契约的自由联结,激发教师浪漫精神,这是救赎教育生态危机的关键.

Abstract

At present,the theory of educational ecology has received widespread attention. Similar to ecological crises in natural environment,education also faces challenges.Education,originated from the need for labor with a utilitarian color,has undergone a transition from external purpose to"purposelessness". The balance of educational ecology from the perspective of existentialism calls for a dialectical attitude towards the authoritative role of teachers,examining the free connection of psychological contracts between teachers and students,and inspiring teachers'romantic spirit,which is the key to redeeming the crisis of educational ecology.
