"双减"政策背景下家长教育焦虑的现状及纾解

摘要
本研究从成就焦虑、健康焦虑、自身教育能力焦虑三个维度,对439名学生家长进行家长教育焦虑的问卷调查,发现成就焦虑水平最高,健康焦虑水平最低,自身教育能力焦虑居中.针对家长教育焦虑的现状,文章在分析原因的基础上,探究纾解家长教育焦虑的措施,为"双减"政策的提质增效提供数据支持.
Abstract
This study conducted a questionnaire survey on 439 parents'educational anxiety from three dimensions:achievement anxiety,health anxiety and self-education ability anxiety.It was found that achievement anxiety was the highest,health anxiety was the lowest,and self-education ability anxiety was in the middle.In view of the present situation of parents'educational anxiety,this paper explores the measures to alleviate parents'educational anxiety on the basis of analyzing the reasons of parents'educational anxiety,and provides data support for improving the quality and efficiency of the"double reduction"policy.
