摘要

在当前职业教育改革不断深化的背景下,加强"双师型"教师队伍的培养培训已成为提升职业教育教学质量、促进人才培养模式创新的重要途径.文章在阐释职业院校"双师型"队伍构建理念的基础上,分析职业院校"双师型"教师队伍培养培训体系构建现状,提出构建"双师型"教师队伍的策略和方法:规范准入机制,统一内部标准;健全保障机制,提升外部保障;完善培养机制,内外相结合提升成效.

Abstract

In the context of the continuous deepening of vocational education reform,strengthening the training of"double-qualified"teachers has become an important way to improve the teaching quality of vocational education and promote the innovation of talent training mode.On the basis of explaining the concept of constructing a team of"double-qualified"teachers in vocational schools,this paper analyzes the current situation of the construction of the training system for the"double-qualified"teachers in vocational schools,and puts forward the strategies and methods for constructing"double-qualified"teachers:standardizing the access mechanism and unifying internal standards;Establishing a sound guarantee mechanism and enhancing external security;Improving the training mechanism and combining internal and external factors to improve the effectiveness.
