摘要
双减背景下,新课程标准对小学教学提出了更高的要求,而教师教学行为直接影响实际教学改革效果.文章以课堂观察为研究方法,根据小学语文教师教学特点,设计小学教师教学行为课堂观察表,分析小学语文教师教学行为问题,提出具有针对性的小学语文教师教学行为改进策略,为小学教师教学行为改进提供有益参考.
Abstract
Under the background of double reduction,the new curriculum standards have put forward higher requirements for primary school teaching,and teachers'teaching behavior directly affects the actual effect of teaching reform.With classroom observation as the research method,the paper designs a classroom observation table for Chinese teachers'teaching behavior in primary schools based on their teaching characteristics,analyzes the problems in their teaching behavior,and proposes targeted strategies for improving their teaching behavior,which provides useful references for improving primary school teachers'teaching behavior.
