产教融合视阈下职业院校课程思政建设研究

摘要
职业院校课程思政具有育人模式"双元化"、育人队伍"两极化"及课程资源"异质化"特点.文章认为,产教融合背景下,建立校企课程思政教学动态调整机制、校企共建课程思政教学资源库、创建课程思政"双课堂"体验式教学模式、建设课程思政教学团队培养基地是实现职业院校课程思政建设的良好途径.
Abstract
The ideological and political education in courses in vocational schools is characterized by"dualization"of the education mode,"polarization"of the education team,and"heterogeneity"of course resources.The article holds that under the background of the integration of industry and education,it is a good way to realize the construction of ideological and political education in vocational schools by establishing a dynamic adjustment mechanism for ideological and political teaching in school-enterprise courses,jointly building a resource library for ideological and political education in courses between schools and enterprises,creating a"dual classroom"experiential teaching mode for ideological and political education in courses,and building a training base for the teaching staff of ideological and political education in courses.
