摘要

在乡村振兴大背景下,发展农村基础教育在积蓄乡村人力资本、推动乡村经济增长以及促进乡村文化繁荣等方面具有重要作用.当前,受农村基础教育的生源流失问题严重、师资力量相对薄弱、学校设施较为简陋、教育经费仍有欠缺以及部分农民教育观念存在误区等主客观不利因素的影响,农村基础教育对乡村振兴战略的推力作用还有待进一步激发.为有效消解这些现实困境,需要在促进教师队伍建设、优化农村学校设施配置、加强农村基础教育资金保障和引导农民内生正确的教育观念等方面综合施策.

Abstract

In the context of rural revitalization,the development of rural basic education plays an important role in accumulating rural human capital,promoting rural economic growth,and promoting rural cultural prosperity. At present,due to the serious problem of student outflow in rural basic education,relatively weak teaching staff,relatively simple school facilities,still lacking educational funds,and some farmers'misconceptions about education,the driving force of rural basic education on the rural revitalization strategy needs to be further stimulated. To effectively resolve these practical difficulties,comprehensive measures need to be taken in promoting the construction of teacher teams,optimizing the allocation of rural school facilities,strengthening the guarantee of rural basic education funds,and guiding farmers to develop correct educational concepts.
