摘要

人工智能技术的迅速发展,促进了小学教育领域转型升级,使小学教师角色定位发生了变化,对教师的教学能力提出了挑战.如何评价和提升教师智慧教学能力成为亟待解决的问题.文章在文献回顾的基础上,通过专家访谈法构建了包含4个一级指标和24个二级指标的小学职前教师智慧教学能力评价体系,运用层次分析法确定各指标权重,通过实际案例分析验证了评估体系的有效性,为小学职前教师智慧教学能力评价提供了科学依据,旨在提高师范生的培养质量,帮助未来教师更好适应数字转型的教学新要求.

Abstract

The rapid development of artificial intelligence technology has not only promoted the transformation and upgrading of primary education,but also repositioned the role of primary school teachers,posing challenges to teaching abilities. The evaluation and improvement of teachers'intelligent teaching abilities have become an urgent problem to be solved. Based on literature research,an expert interview method was used to construct an evaluation index system for the intelligent teaching ability of preschool primary school teachers,consisting of 4 primary indicators and 24 secondary indicators. The weights of the indicators were determined by using the Analytic Hierarchy Process,and the effectiveness of the evaluation system was demonstrated through practical cases. Which provides a scientific basis for the evaluation of the intelligent teaching ability of preschool primary school teachers,in order to effectively improve the quality of talent cultivation for normal students,help primary school teachers better adapt to the new requirements of digital transformation for teaching.
