The improvement of homework quality is an inevitable means to implement the"double reduction"policy. However,due to the value orientation of utilitarianism and behaviorism,homework design once fell into the dilemma of intellectual thinking,conservative content,and arbitrary management,which weakened the educational value of homework and led to frequent problems such as mechanical repetition and lack of structure. Based on this,the article explores new ideas for designing primary school mathematics unit homework under the guidance of structured thinking from three aspects:unit homework objectives,homework content,and homework evaluation,in order to promote the improvement and growth of students' cognitive structure and achieve the effect of improving homework quality and reducing workload.
