Research on the Current Situation and Influencing Factors of Teacher-child Relationship in Rural Kindergartens——Taking Four Kindergartens in Heishan County as an Example
The teacher child relationship in kindergarten is a core element in early childhood education,which has a profound impact on the comprehensive development of young children. In order to understand the current situation of teacher-child relationship in rural kindergartens and explore its influencing factors,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 134 teachers in four kindergartens in Heishan County by cluster sampling method,and the collected data were analyzed by SPSS26.0. The results show that the overall relationship between teachers and children in rural kindergartens is in good condition,with high intimacy,low dependence and conflict. The teacher's establishment,age,teaching age and educational level are closely related to the relationship between teachers and children. Based on this,the researchers put forward suggestions:to protect the interests and solve the 'survival difficulties' of rural teachers;strengthen training and provide teachers with the 'source of development';self-shaping,stimulate the 'endogenous power' of teacher-child relationship.
