摘要

研究通过自行设计的调查问卷,针对书写表达在干预中学生情绪问题中的应用,对 309 名中学生进行了调查和访谈,并结合学生的书写表达实例进行分析.通过相关性分析和方差分析对数据进行了处理.研究发现,书写表达的干预效果与学生的书写频率显著相关;不同书写主题在情绪干预效果上存在显著差异.干预效果不佳的原因包括学生对书写表达的认识存在偏差、书写隐私保护不足以及书写表达方式不规范.在探讨学生的书写表达偏好时发现学生更偏好无固定主题的自由书写,且倾向于在安静的家庭环境中进行写作.为了提高书写表达在情绪干预中的效果,建议纠正学生对书写表达的认识误区,增强书写的隐私保护,指导学生建立适宜的写作环境,并帮助他们理解和规范书写表达的过程.

Abstract

Objective to explore the current status and countermeasure of middle school students'use of expressive writing interventions for emotions.Methods a self-administered questionnaire for expressive writing interventions for emotions was used to conduct interviews with 309 students in a middle school,which were analyzed in the context of students'writing expression cases.The correlation analysis and one way ANOVA(Analysis of Variance)were employed to process the suvery data.Results:The effectiveness of the intervention was significantly correlated with the frequency of the expressive writting.There was significant difference in the effect of emotional intervention among different writing subjects.The bad effectiveness of the intervention was also related to students'cognitive bias towards written expression,low privacy in writing,and irregularity in written expression.The study investigated the setting of written expression of students.Most students write with variable frequency and duration,depending on the timing of emotional problems.Nearly half of the students tend to write with an indeterminate theme,and preferred to choose a quiet,domestic environment for writing.Conclusion to improve the effectiveness of expressive writing interventions for emotional problems,it was necessary to correct students'cognitive biases about writing expressions,and to protect the privacy of students'writing expressions,guide them to develop more reasonable writting settings,and help them recognize and standardize the writing expression operational procedures.
