摘要
新时代高校发展型资助育人的理论内涵涉及多个层面,包括促进教育公平与社会正义、支持人才培养与创新创业、推动产学研合作与科技进步、提升高等教育质量与国际竞争力以及推进社会发展与国家建设等.然而,发展型资助育人面临诸多挑战,如资金分配不均、资助目标与政策界定不清、管理体制不健全、高校自主权受限以及可持续发展的难题.为改善这一状况,文章提出了创新思想政治教育方法,增设勤工助学岗位,搭建科研实践平台,实施就业指导计划等策略,以完善发展型资助育人体系.
Abstract
The theoretical connotation of development oriented funding for education in universities in the new era involves multiple levels,including promoting educational equity and social justice,supporting talent cultivation and innovation and entrepreneurship,promoting industry university research cooperation and technological progress,enhancing the quality and international competitiveness of higher education,and promoting social development and national construction.However,developmental funding for education faces many challenges,such as uneven distribution of funds,unclear definition of funding goals and policies,inadequate management system,limited autonomy of universities,and difficulties in sustainable development.To improve this situation,the article proposes innovative methods of ideological and political education,the establishment of work study positions,the construction of scientific research practice platforms,and the implementation of employment guidance plans to improve the development oriented funding and education system.
