岗位胜任能力导向下的高职院校人才培养评价体系研究

摘要
岗位胜任力作为衡量学生能否适应社会需求和职场环境的重要标准,逐渐成为高职教育改革的方向.文章阐述岗位胜任力的基本内涵及其对高职教育的意义,分析当前高职院校在人才培养评价体系方面存在的问题和面临的挑战,提出构建以岗位胜任力为导向的人才培养评价体系的思路和方法,并以高职城市轨道交通运营管理专业所面向的就业岗位——城市轨道交通站务员岗位为例,构建岗位胜任能力评价指标体系,并提出了实施策略.
Abstract
Competency,as a crucial criterion to assess students'ability to adapt to societal needs and workplace environments,is gradually becoming the focal point of reforms in vocational education.This paper discusses the fundamental essence of competency and its significance in higher vocational education.It analyzes the current state and challenges of the talent cultivation evaluation system in higher vocational colleges.Subsequently,it proposes ideas and methods for constructing a competency-oriented talent cultivation evaluation system.The paper concludes with an exploration of implementation strategies and safeguard measures,particularly focusing on the specialty of Urban Rail Transit Operation Management in higher vocational colleges.
