摘要

易地搬迁政策是我国推进贫困地区人口生活质量提升的关键措施.随着该政策的深入实施,易地搬迁地区学校教育质量的提升成为一项紧迫任务.文章分析了易地搬迁地区学校教育面临的挑战,依托乡村名师工作室平台,提出了针对性的提升策略:建立名师引领机制,促进教学水平提升;搭建资源共享平台,优化教育资源配置;强化教师专业发展培训,提高教师专业素养;实施教育创新实践,促进学生全面发展.

Abstract

The relocation policy is a key measure for China to promote the improvement of the quality of life of the population in poverty-stricken areas.With the deepening implementation of this policy,improving the quality of school education in relocated areas has become an urgent task.The article analyzes the challenges faced by school education in relocated areas and proposes targeted improvement strategies based on the platform of rural teacher studios:Establishing a teacher led mechanism to promote the improvement of teaching level;Build a resource sharing platform and optimize the allocation of educational resources;Strengthen teacher professional development training and improve teachers'professional competence;Implementing innovative educational practices to promote students'comprehensive development.
