摘要
在新时代背景下,提高思想政治教育质量已经成为新时代中国特色社会主义事业发展的关键需求.高校思想政治教育与学生管理工作在育人目标、内容和方法上存在显著的协同性.构建二者协同机制,可以优化教育资源配置,增强育人效果,促进学生全面发展,实现立德树人的根本任务.同时,这有助于推动大中小学思想政治教育的一体化进程,引导学生将个人理想融入国家发展大局,为社会主义现代化建设培养合格的建设者和可靠的接班人.
Abstract
The work of ideological and political education is consistent with the work of student management in colleges and universities in educational goals;their content is mutually infiltrated,and their method is referential to each other,which have a high degree of inherent compatibility.Building a joint mechanism of ideological and political education and student management helps to integrate educational management resources,improve the effectiveness of education,promote the comprehensive development of students,implement the fundamental task of moral education,and cultivate successors for the construction of socialist modernization.
