By the"Chinese College Student Experiences Questionnaire(CCSEQ)",through a survey of 413 Han and 387 Minority college students in four Beijing universities,the ethnic differences in the learning quality of college students were analyzed from the perspectives of learning process and outcomes.The findings are as follows:There is no significant difference in the overall learning quality,the quality of learning activities and the status of learning outcomes between Minority and Han college students.In addition,Minority college students perform better than Han in learning activities related to art,music and drama,and they are only relatively weak in career preparation.Which not only shows that employers'judgments that"minority college students learning worse"are not supported by data,but also suggests that university education should focus on guiding Minority college students to give full play to their professional strengths while accelerating consolidate their shortcomings in knowledge and skills,strengthen the employment and entrepreneurship education,to effectively improve the ability of learning,development and employment of Minority college students,and enhance their professional competitiveness.
