Exploration of the Construction of City-county High School Teaching and Research Community From the Perspective of Educational Equity——Taking the Educational Assistance of the High School Affiliated to Harbin Normal University as an Example
From the perspective of educational equity,establishing teaching and research communities of demonstration high schools and county-level high school has important value for the implementation of new curriculum and textbooks,the transformation of educational methods,and the improvement of educational quality.Based on the requirements of building a high-level teaching and research community,in order to better promote trusteeship of demonstration high schools and county-level schools,and promotethe high-quality running of county-level high schools,the school has carried out various experiential explorations:adhering to the guidance of concepts and assisting in improving the quality of education;Monitoring county-level education and establishing a teaching and research management system;Focusing on improving quality and efficiency,leading county-level teaching and research activities;Clarifying the future direction and identifying the development path of the county.
