摘要

亲社会行为对于学生的人际交往、人格完善以及健康成长具有积极意义.亲社会行为的培养是学生社会性发展和健康人格培育的有效途径.文章采用文献研究法,从教育生态学视角出发,深入剖析家庭教养方式、同伴关系、学校环境以及社会支持力度等因素对学生亲社会行为的影响,并据此提出培养学生的亲社会行为的策略,旨在促进学生亲社会行为的形成和发展,提升其社会适应能力和人格健全.

Abstract

Prosocial behavior has a positive impact on students'interpersonal communication,personality development,and healthy growth.The cultivation of prosocial behavior is an effective way for students'social development and healthy personality cultivation.The article adopts the method of literature research,starting from the perspective of educational ecology,to deeply analyze the influence of factors such as family upbringing,peer relationships,school environment,and social support on students'prosocial behavior.Based on this,strategies for cultivating students'prosocial behavior are proposed,aiming to promote the formation and development of students'prosocial behavior,enhance their social adaptability and personality soundness.
