Empirical Research on the Evaluation of After-school Service Quality in Primary and Secondary Schools in the Context of"Double Reduction"——A Case Study of N City in Sichuan Province
This study randomly selected 413 primary and secondary school students in N city as research subjects,and conducted a survey on the quality evaluation of after-school service in primary and secondary schools from three aspects:service foundation,service process,and service effectiveness.The research has found that in terms of service foundation,hardware facilities meet the needs of after-school service,but the teaching staff and regulations for after-school service need to be further improved;In terms of service process,the service time,content,and supervision meet the requirements of after-school service policies and students'needs,but further improvement is needed in the form and management of after-school service;In terms of service effectiveness,students'comprehensive qualities have been generally developed,but their satisfaction is not high and there is insufficient innovation in the characteristics of after-school service.Based on these,optimization strategies for evaluating the quality of after-school service in primary and secondary schools have been proposed:strengthening the construction of the teaching staff,establishing sound rules and regulations,and consolidating the foundation of service;Enriching the forms of after-school service,strengthening after-school service management,and ensuring the service process;Enhancing the innovation of after-school service features,improving students'satisfaction,and optimizing service effectiveness.
