教师角色神圣化的现实危机及其本质透视

摘要
教师专业化发展过程中存在一个暗面,即教师角色神圣化.文章首先从教师职责、教师情意与师生平等三方面揭示了角色神圣化的现实危机,然后试推角色神圣化所自持的逻辑,即"圣贤"之说自古而来和职业要求与角色神圣相伴而生,接着从教师形象变迁历史维度与存在主义哲学视角两方面分别驳斥其"表面"逻辑,最后,建议从探明尊师本真与体察身份共鸣两方面出发以去除角色神圣化色彩.
Abstract
There is a dark side in the process of teacher professionalization development,which is the sanctification of teacher's role.The study first revealed the realistic crisis of role sanctification from three aspects:teacher responsibilities,teacher affection,and teacher-student equality.Then,the study attempted to deduce the logic behind the sanctification of characters,that is,the historical continuity of the concept of"sage"and the coexistence of professional requirements with the sanctification of the role.Subsequently,the study refuted its"superficial"logic from two perspectives:the historical dimension of teacher image changes and the perspective of Existential Philosophy.Finally,the study suggested proceeding from two aspects:exploring the true essence of respecting teachers and understanding identity resonance to eliminate the sanctification of teacher's role.
