随着我国经济建设发展的产业升级,社会生产力的应用型人才需求倍增,引导地方普通高等院校向应用型高校的转型是我国高等教育的重要发展战略,也是深化教育改革、提高学生就业能力、补充应用型高校服务地方建设的重要举措.然而,地方高校在转型过程中,由于涉及面广、师资队伍建设滞慢、转型周期长、情况复杂化、相关制度落后、政府支持力度不足等原因,使得转型发展的道路异常艰辛,其中关于学生学业考评方面的改革与创新,起到至关重要的作用.地方应用型高校应通过学生学业考评这个点,打开转型发展的面,大胆尝试创新考评方式、优化考评内容、改良考评结构、深入产学考评思维,将这一长周期、复杂化、覆盖广的转型发展任务做深、做牢、做透.
With the industrial upgrading of China's economic construction and development,the demand for application-oriented talents of social productivity has doubled.It is an important development strategy of China's higher education to guide local colleges and universities to transform into application-oriented colleges and universities.It is an important measure to deepen education reform,improve students'employability,and supplement application-oriented colleges and universities to serve local construction.However,in the process of transformation of local colleges and universities,the road of transformation and development is extremely difficult due to many reasons,such as wide coverage,slow construction of teaching staff,long transformation cycle,complex situation,backward related systems,and insufficient government support.Among them,the reform and innovation of students'academic evaluation plays a crucial role.Local application-oriented colleges and universities should pass the students'academic evaluation The point of evaluation is to open up the face of transformation and development,boldly try to innovate the evaluation method,optimize the evaluation content,improve the evaluation structure,and go deep into the thinking of industry university evaluation,so as to deepen,firm and thoroughly carry out this long cycle,complex and wide coverage transformation and development task.
