Research Hotspots,Evolution,and Enlightenment on Comprehensive Quality Evaluation in the Field of Basic Education:CiteSpace Visualization Analysis Based on Literature from 2004 to 2022
"Comprehensive quality evaluation"has been an important component of promoting quality education and the reform of high school entrance examination and college entrance examination since it was first proposed in 2004.In order to accelerate the construction of a high-quality education system and meet its continuous"improvement",this study combines CiteSpace visualization analysis and literature quality analysis to explore the research hotspots and evolution of comprehensive quality evaluation in the field of basic education in China from 2004 to 2022.The research has found that the theoretical research and practical exploration of comprehensive quality evaluation have progressed together,and that the research hotspots include the value,connotation,subject exploration of comprehensive quality evaluation,the research in the context of college entrance examination reform,the research on promoting comprehensive quality evaluation by network platform,and the research on practical experience and implementation issues.The development of comprehensive quality evaluation has gone through four stages:early exploration under the framework of preliminary establishment,in-depth promotion under the background of institutional establishment,multi-dimensional discussion under the direction of standardized implementation,and technical support under the demand for improved implementation.Comprehensive quality evaluation is guided by policy and has practical operation characteristics.In the future research,we should integrate theoretical guidance,practical development,and technical support,strengthening the systematic research on basic theories,the practical research on regional integration and school-based collaborative implementation,the research on the use of evaluation results,and the research on new implementation methods supported by information technology,in order to promote high-quality development of basic education.
