OBE教育理念下"六位一体"混合式教学改革与探索——以湖南城市学院为例

OBE教育理念下混合式教学是以学生为中心,利用"互联网+"现代通信技术平台,实现高校课堂教学"最后一公里"的新范式.线上线下混合式教学已成为目前最为普遍但尚待进一步探索和完善的教学模式.以"安全人机工程学"课程为例,探索将理论教学、课程实验、方案设计、线上教学、线下面授、学科竞赛和课程思政深度融合,形成线上多元互动、线下多方研讨、学科竞赛启发创新思维、理论联系工程实际、课程思政贯穿全过程和全过程考核评价的"六位一体"混合式教学新模式.通过对"安全人机工程学"课程进行教学改革和实施,学生课堂参与度和课后获得感得到了显著提高,教学成效取得了重大提升.同时,混合式教学的实验研究和实践活动也得到了进一步丰富和拓展,积累了宝贵的实践经验.
Reform and Exploration of"Six-in-One"Blended Teaching of Core Courses in Universities Under the OBE Concept
Under the teaching philosophy of outcome based education(OBE),blended teaching,which is student-centered and uses the"Internet plus"modern communication technology platform,is a new paradigm of"Last Kilometer"for college classroom teaching.Taking the course"Safety Man-Machine Engineering"as an example,we explore the deep integration of theoretical teaching,course experiments,program design,online teaching,offline teaching,discipline competition,and ideological and political theory teaching in all courses.It forms a new"six-in-one"blended teaching mode of online multi-interaction,offline multi-directional discussion,disciplinary competition to inspire innovative thinking,linking theory with engineering practice,ideological and political theory teaching in all courses,and evaluation throughout the entire teaching process.
