The Value Implication and Practice Patterns of New High-quality Schools from the Perspective of High-quality Balance
Promoting the high-quality and balanced development of compulsory education is an urgent need to achieve the transition from having access to education to having access to good education,and is the key to building a high-quality education system.Essentially,high-quality balance pursues high-quality school education.New high-quality schools do not take academic performance and score ranking as the only criteria to measure the quality of the school.Instead,they focus on the growth of each student,more effective education,and more harmonious teacher-student relationships,to satisfy students'individualized learning needs.New high-quality schools show unique connotations and characteristics in school nurturing goals,moral education,student development,curriculum and teaching,team building,school culture,and education digitization.
