Research on Practical Education Mode of Community-Based Legal Clinics Based on the"Internet+"Applied Law Teaching:Taking Concord University College Fujian Normal University as an Example
"Internet+"legal clinics rely on Internet technology to realize the practice teaching of community-based legal clinics,and forms a new practice teaching model with legal characteristics.This teaching model uses the online community-based legal clinic app and innovates the"three-tutorial system"to bring the abundant teachers and students resources of colleges and universities to the grassroots communities.Through the legal clinic practice class of law undergraduates,the clinical legal education is combined with legal consultation and legal publicity in grassroots communities,so as to provide basic legal services for community residents and deliver the legal supply of public welfare.It has not only improved the quality of public legal services,but also trained grassroots legal talents with practical experience who follow the socialist path of the rule of law with Chinese characteristics.
