Under the background of the"Double High Plan",the construction of professional groups has become the core of the construction of high-level vocational colleges.This paper explores the inherent logic and practical difficulties between the construction of vocational nursing professional groups and grassroots chronic disease governance,and the collaborative development path between the two.By increasing the exchanges and cooperation between vocational colleges and grass-roots medical institutions,and coupling from the aspects of medical education collaboration,resource sharing,technical support,social services,and mechanism guarantee,the collaborative development of nursing professional groups construction in higher vocational schools and grassroots chronic disease governance is promoted.
