新乡贤:新时代乡村教师专业发展的有效路径

乡村教师成为新乡贤,是乡村振兴背景下国家在政策层面对乡村教师的角色期待.当前乡村教师专业发展面临着一些困境:乡村教师公共性缺失、价值理性被遮蔽、发展脱离乡土情境.为了破解这些困境,研究指出乡村教师担当新乡贤角色是促进专业发展的一条有效路径,论证新乡贤角色与乡村教师专业发展的内在联系,揭示新乡贤角色影响专业发展的机制,为乡村教师担当新乡贤角色提供学理基础.为了激励乡村教师认同并担当新乡贤角色,需要从环境创设、制度建立、个体主动性发挥三个方面采取措施,使新乡贤自然成为乡村教师专业发展的追求目标.
Becoming New Rural Sages:A Path for the Professional Development of Rural Teachers in the New Era
Rural teachers becoming new rural sages is the role expectation bestowed upon rural teachers by the country at the policy level under the background of rural revitalization.Currently,the professional development of rural teachers faces some difficulties:lack of public nature of rural teachers,obscured value rationality,and development disconnected from rural context.In order to address these difficulties,the research points out that taking on the role of new rural sages is an effective path to promote professional development for rural teachers.It demonstrates the intrinsic connection between the role of new rural sages and the professional development of rural teachers,reveals the mechanism of the impact of the role of new rural sages on professional development,and provides a theoretical basis for rural teachers to take on the role of new rural sages.In order to motivate rural teachers to identify with and take on the role of new rural sages,supportive measures need to be taken from the aspects of creating an environment,establishing systems,and exerting individual initiative,so that becoming new rural sages naturally becomes the pursuit goal of professional development for rural teachers.
