On Teachers Role Pressure in the Blended Teaching Mode and Its Countermeasures
A survey of 257 front-line teachers in colleges and universities has found that the blended teaching mode will reduce teachers' sense of joy in teaching. The reduction in sense of joy comes from the role pressure of teachers in the process of teaching. Blended teaching will lead to the fuzzy role of the teacher and the perception of role conflict. There are two ways to reduce the role pressure of teachers in the blended teaching mode:on the one hand,teachers need to strengthen their own capabilities and improve their sense of self-efficacy through various means;on the other hand,teachers need to deepen the interaction with students in ways and contents so as to reduce the sense of conflict between teachers' roles.
