Multidimensional Innovation Analysis of Online and Offline Course Assessment of"General Theory of Civil Law"
Under the guidance of the overall plan for education evaluation reform in China,this paper integrates new educational patterns such as blended learning,curriculum ideological and political education,and application-oriented talent cultivation.Focusing on the concept,subject,content,and method of curriculum assessment,the current situation inspection,dilemma analysis,and innovative path exploration of the online and offline course assessment methods of"General Theory of Civil Law"are carried out.To overcome the difficulties in curriculum assessment,efforts are being made to clarify multidimensional assessment concepts such as"active learning by students","equal emphasis on knowledge and ability","student-centered process evaluation","simultaneous development of textbooks and extracurricular activities",and"synchronization of online and offline activities",and to establish a"pre-exam,during-exam and post-exam"multidimensional management model for college course assessment with curriculum construction team,students,and legal training experts as the assessment subjects of the community as well as professional theoretical knowledge,course ideological and political education,and legal practical skills as multidimensional assessment contents.
