Countermeasures for Training of Master of Finance in the Context of High-tech Finance
The accelerated integration and penetration of finance and technology has caused structural changes in the financial industry's demand for talents.As an important output of high-end financial talents,whether the training of Master of Finance keeps pace with development of fintech directly affects the quality of talents and their job adaptation.By analyzing the new requirements in compound knowledge structure,technical practical ability and innovative mindset for the training of Master of Finance in the context of high-tech finance,it reveals that there are a series of problems with the training of Master of Finance:the mismatch between the design of curriculum system and the talent demand of fintech industry,the inadaptability of curriculum teaching methods to the fintech innovation training requirements,the disjunction between faculty allocation and the goal of fintech talent cultivation,and the inadequate fitness between the professional practice link and the fintech technical ability training requirements.So,countermeasures such as optimizing the fintech curriculum structure system,improving the fintech practical training teaching methods,strengthening the construction of the fintech dual tutor team,and establishing the fintech joint practice base are proposed to achieve the improvement of the training quality of Master of Finance.
