Research Status and Hotspot Analysis of Comprehensive Thinking in Middle School Geography
"Comprehensive thinking",as one of the core qualities of middle school geography,has continuously become a research hotspot in the field of geography education in recent years.This paper takes"geographical comprehensive thinking"as the retrieval key word and CNKI as the source database of literature retrieval.Through the search,it is found that there are 858 documents related to geographical comprehensive thinking in the database from 1988 to August 2021.Using the method of literature analysis,this paper makes an in-depth analysis on the publishing time,research institutions,core authors and contact density,publishing institutions and research hotspots of relevant literature in the research field by using software such as Excel and VOS viewer.Analysis reveals the research on geographical comprehensive thinking in China started late,and the number of research has developed rapidly since 2016.The research force is mainly concentrated in middle schools,followed by normal colleges and universities.The group cooperation degree of the research authors is not high,showing a state of"a small number of people together,most of them independent".The main research hotspots include the connotation,performance,evaluation and cultivation of geographical comprehensive thinking.It is mainly studied from three perspectives:talent training,improvement of teaching methods and students'value orientation.The research area is mainly concentrated in the eastern and central regions.
