Innovation and Practice of"Golden Course"in Tourism Management from the Perspective of New Quality Productivity:Taking"Tour Guide Practice"as an Example
The cultivation of innovative talents is an important support for the development of new quality productivity.Curriculum construction is the core element of talent training.As an applied and practical course,"Tour Guide Practice"needs to be innovated and reformed in terms of course content,teaching methods,teachers'strength and assessment methods.Combined with the development trend of digital tourism and the development requirements of new quality productivity,it should organically integrate ideological and political elements and strengthen the cross-integration of multidisciplinary knowledge.Output-oriented,it should integrate industry qualification certification.Meanwhile,it should strengthen the combination of on-campus and off-campus,and in-class and out-of-class to construct high-quality teaching resources;construct a practical teaching system with the unity of knowledge and practice and multiple cooperation;and pay attention to process management and improvement of teaching evaluation,so as to achieve the goal of cultivating high-quality tour guides.
