高校师范生仁爱品格培养的现实困境与改进路径

仁爱品格是教师师德的重要基石.当前高校师范生仁爱品格的培养与形成存在诸多困难,如培育内容泛化、培养途径单一、文化熏陶淡薄等.其症结在于传承发扬不够,缺乏对仁爱现代价值的深入挖掘;主观能动性被弱化,未能有效唤醒师范生的自我意识;精神引领不够,氛围营造更偏重物质性保障等.为此,高校要以"四有"好教师为总体教育目标,在弘扬仁爱品格的时代价值中纵深拓展仁爱品格教育的内涵与外延,推动仁爱意识与实践在促进学生自主发展中有机结合,营造基于物质和精神元素深度融合、具有师范特色的校园氛围.
The Realistic Predicament of Cultivating the Benevolent Character of Normal University Students and Its Improving Path
Benevolent character is an important cornerstone of teacher's morality.At present,there are many difficulties in the cultivation and formation of benevolent character for normal university students,such as the generalization of cultivation content,the single way of cultivation and the weakness of cultural edification.The crux of the problem lies in insufficient inheritance and promotion,as well as a lack of in-depth exploration of the modern value of benevolence;weakened subjective initiative,failing to effectively awaken the self-awareness of normal university students;and insufficient spiritual guidance and more emphasis on material guarantees in creating an atmosphere.Therefore,universities should take teachers with four characteristics as the overall educational goal,and expand the connotation and extension of benevolent character education in carrying forward the era value of benevolent character,so as to promote the organic integration of benevolent awareness with practice for promoting students'self-development,and to create a deep integration of material and spiritual elements with normal characteristics of the campus atmosphere.
