The Protection of Lifelong Learning Right in the Age of Artificial Intelligence:Problems and Solutions
The influence of artificial intelligence has penetrated into all aspects of human life, and its application in the field of lifelong learning has been recognized, but also caused concern about the risk of lifelong learning right. The lifelong learning right in the era of artificial intelligence is faced with the risk of learners ' subjectivity being dissolved, equal protection being impacted and privacy being infringed. Through analysis, we can see that ideological machine fetishism and changes in the power structure caused by artificial intelligence are the root causes of such risks. Therefore, corresponding measures need to be taken in both thinking and action to respond.
