Standards Research and Development Status and Improvement Strategies for Professional Literacy of Primary and Secondary School Teachers in the Era of Artificial Intelligence——A Case Study of Jiangsu Province Wuxi City
In the era of artificial intelligence, teachers, as the core element in the relationship between teaching and learning, need to adapt and upgrade their professional competence. In order to clarify the current status and development path of professional competence of primary and secondary school teachers, based on literature analysis, a professional competence evaluation index system for primary and secondary school teachers in the era of artificial intelligence is proposed, consisting of five primary indicators. including professional ethics and concepts, digital awareness and responsibility, and 16 secondary indicators. On this basis, a survey questionnaire was designed to investigate the current situation of 53 ,957 teachers in Wuxi City. It was found that there are relatively weak abilities in basic knowledge and skills of cultural knowledge and digital technology, personalized learning activity arrangement and implementation ability, classroom teaching innovation ability, and insufficient evaluation ability of core literacy teaching. Finally, appropriate development strategies were proposed from the aspects of intelligent research and training, construction of intelligent learning network, practice of new models of intelligent classroom teaching, and promotion of performance evaluation based on big data.
