幼儿园教师领导力与专业发展的现状及相关性研究

提升教师领导力是促进专业发展的有效方法。对某市385位幼儿园教师领导力与专业发展现状进行调查,通过皮尔森(Pearson)积差相关和典型相关分析发现,教师领导力整体和子维度均与教师专业发展整体和子维度有显著的正相关。多元逐步回归分析显示,教师领导力对专业发展整体和各维度具有显著的预测力。建议幼儿园教师应提升自身领导的意识和能力,幼儿园应创设利于教师领导力和专业发展的相关机制,教师教育部门应完善教师领导力职前职后课程体系,多方合力共同促进幼儿园教师领导力的提升。
A Study of the Current Status and Correlation between Kindergarten Teachers' Leadership and Professional Development
Teachers' leadership is an effective way to promote professional development. A survey of 385 kindergarten teachers' leadership and professional development in a certain city was conducted. Through Pearson's product-difference correlation and typical correlation analysis, it was found that teachers' leadership as a whole and its subdimensions were significantly positively correlated with the overall and subdimensions of teachers' professional development, and the multivariate step-by-step regression analysis showed that teachers' leadership had a significant predictive power of the overall and various dimensions of professional development. Thus, it is suggested that kindergarten teachers should improve their own leadership awareness and ability, kindergartens should create mechanisms conducive to the leadership and professional development of teachers, and the teacher education department should improve the pre-service and post-service curriculum system of teachers' leadership, so as to promote the improvement of kindergarten teachers' leadership together.
