结构化理论视阈下的高质量教学建构:实质厘定与实践方略

教育高质量发展呼吁高质量教学。研究选取结构化理论作为分析视角,通过演绎方法从"结构"推衍得出"教学结构"。基于教学结构分析得出:建构高质量教学的实质就是在时代新人培育要求下,组成教学结构的各种教学规则与教学资源以"调整"或"补充"的方式发展变化,从而使教学具有时代赋予的应有功能。建构高质量教学实践需要"点线面结合"推进。教师作为高质量教学建构的"核心点",需要通过理论学习等途径将存在于学科课程标准等文本中的高质量教学建构图景转化为个人认知;研究者与教师连成U—S"关键线",在合作行动研究中将高质量教学理论转化为实践;学校教育相关能动者联动形成"联动面",使高质量教学建构实践从局部逐渐扩展至日常。
Constructing High-Quality Teaching from the Perspective of the Theory of Structuration:Substantive Clarification and Practical Strategies
High-quality development of education calls for high-quality teaching.Selecting the theory of structuration as an analytical perspective,the author is deducing"teaching structure"from"structure"through deductive methods.The essence of high-quality teaching construction based on the analysis of teaching structure is to develop and change the teaching rules and resources that make up the teaching structure in a coordinated or complementary manner,at the requirements of cultivating new talents in the era,and to have the function of cultivating new talents in the era.Constructing high-quality teaching in practice requires the coordinated advance of combining the point,line and surface.As"core point"of high-quality teaching construction,teachers transform the pictures of high-quality teaching construction that exist in curriculum standards and other texts into personal cognition through theoretical study and other means.Researchers from universities and teachers from schools connect many a U-S"key line"to transform high-quality teaching theories into practice in collaborative action research.Agents related to school education need to form a"linkage surface"to gradually expand high-quality teaching construction practices from the part to the whole in the school routine.
