SWOT Analysis and Strategy Selection for BRICS Participation in Global Education Governance
As the representatives of developing countries and emerging markets,BRICS actively participate in global education governance and have become an important force that cannot be ignored on the international education stage.The results of SWOT analysis show that BRICS have internal advantages in participating in global education governance,such as increasing platform support and increasing enthusiasm,but also lack of organization,coordination and governance capacity.In addition,the BRICS not only face the accelerated decentralization and transfer of global governance power,the role of promoting global good governance is prominent,the international community calls on the BRICS to do something new opportunities,but also face realistic challenges as results that the global education governance system is not perfect,and the prevalence of unilateralism in global education governance.Looking forward to the future,BRICS need to build consensus on ideas,strengthen top-level design,improve governance systems,and enhance governance capacity to promote their deep participation in global education governance towards a new journey.
