School Teaching Innovation Based on the"Diamond Model"under the Background of"Double Reduction"Policy
Under the"Double Reduction"policy,how to carry out teaching innovation and achieve curriculum teaching reform has been a research issue that has attracted much attention recently.Based on the"Diamond Model"of future teaching innovation,this study first thoroughly analyzes the existing problems in teaching innovation,and then discusses a series of teaching reform practices implemented by W Middle School.By establishing goals oriented towards abilities and qualities,conducting"four doubts"classroom teaching activities,enriching learning content,and expanding learning scenarios,the comprehensive development of students had been facilitated,and the conflict between educating and examining had been effectively reconciled.Finally,it is clarified that the core of teaching innovation lies in returning to the main responsibility of the school,effectively improving the abilities and qualities of students,and explaining the important significance of the series of practices to teaching innovation and their reference value for other schools.This study aims to make the achievements of school teaching innovation and reform become the most effective fulcrum to promote the implementation of the"Double Reduction"policy.
