中国特有的教育家精神,不仅是中国共产党人精神谱系的新内容、中国式现代化兴国之师的新动力,而且是中华民族教育强国战略的新需要、中国特色教育学科体系的新话语。教育家精神引领着我国教育事业高质量发展,激励着教师队伍可持续发展,促使着教育活动规范化运行。在伟大的教育强国实践中,要深化教育家精神"系统"的学理化理论阐释,丰富教育家精神"有形"的生活化内容呈现,建立教育家精神"有效"的常态化实践途径,加强教育家精神"有力"的政策化保障措施,使更多的教师在教育家精神的浸润下,不断锤炼和迭新自我,成长为新时代的教育家。
Expanding the Teachings and Setting an Examle:The Value Connotation and Practice Path of Educators'Spirit in the New Era
The unique educators'spirit is not only a new content in the spiritual lineage of the Chinese Communist Party,a new driving force for the construction of the Chinese modernization,but also a new need for the realization of the strategy of strengthening the country through education.Educators'spirit leads the high quality development of China's education cause,encourages the teachers to forge ahead sustainably,and promotes the standardized operation of educational activities.During the great practice of strengthening the country through education,we should systematically deepen the theoretical interpretation of educators'spirit,constantly enrich a tangible life content of educators'spirit,effectively establish a normal practice mechanism,and powerfully promote the support and safeguard measures to carry forward educators'spirit.
