高等教育普及化背景下高校卓越人才自主培养路径研究——基于对重庆市22所本科高校实施卓越人才培养的调查

我国高等教育已进入普及化阶段,社会各领域对卓越人才的需求更加紧迫,这对高校人才自主培养提出了更高的要求。研究基于教育的基本功能逻辑、社会发展的需求逻辑以及人才成长的规律逻辑开展卓越人才自主培养的实践探索,实现教育、人、社会三者的和谐统一。通过对重庆市22所本科院校、129个项目、4,986名学生参与的卓越人才自主培养情况调查,发现仍然存在"同质化""产品化""西学化"和"偏理论化"的问题,需要从政策指引、顶层设计、课程实施、实践创新和评价改革等方面,全面提升卓越人才自主培养质量,为经济社会发展提供高质量和可持续的人才支撑。
Research on the Independent Cultivation Path of Outstanding Talents in Colleges and Universities under the Background of Popularization of Higher Education——Based on the Investigation of the Implementation of Outstanding Talents Training in 22 Undergraduat
China's higher education has entered a popular stage,and the demand for outstanding talents in all fields of society is more urgent,and higher requirements are put forward for the independent training of talents in colleges and universities. Based on the basic function logic of education,the demand logic of social development and the law logic of talent growth,the practice and exploration of independent cultivation of outstanding talents are carried out to achieve the harmonious unity of education,people and society. Through the investigation of 4,986 students participating in the independent cultivation of outstanding talents in 129 programs of 22 undergraduate colleges and universities in Chongqing,it is found that there are still problems of"homogenization","productization","Westernization"and"theorization". It is necessary to comprehensively improve the quality of independent cultivation of outstanding talents from the aspects of policy guidance,top-level design,curriculum setting,practice innovation and evaluation reform. To provide high-quality and sustainable talent support for economic and social development.
