摘要

教育治理现代化内嵌于建设教育强国的伟大历史进程之中,教育治理创新则是破除教育改革发展梗阻问题,实现教育强国系统性跃升和质变的核心动力与关键所在.推进教育强国建设,必须以治理创新为引领,明晰教育治理创新之于教育强国的价值意蕴,在理论转向下进行系统、深刻的教育创新变革.通过推动构建中国特色教育治理话语体系、激发教育主体创新活力、提升智慧教育治理效能,满足人民对更好教育的需要.

Abstract

The modernization of educational governance is embedded in the great historical process of building a strong educational state. Innovation in educational governance is the core driving force and the key. It can break the obstacles to education reform and development,and realize the systematic leap and qualitative change of a strong educational country. To promote the construction of a strong educational country,it is necessary to take governance innovation as the lead and clarify the value implication of educational governance innovation for a strong educational country. And realize the systematic and profound educational innovation change under the theoretical turn. By promoting the construction of a discourse system of education governance with Chinese characteristics,stimulating the innovative vitality of educational subjects,and enhancing the effectiveness of intelligent education governance,we can meet the people 's needs for better education.
