数字化转型背景下高职教师数字素养提升的时代诉求、现实挑战与实践路径

随着教育数字化转型升级,高职教师数字素养提升面临时代发展的新诉求和新挑战.研究从教育发展、人才培养和教师发展三方面分析数字化转型时代对高职教师数字素养提出的新诉求,参照《教师数字素养》行业标准,论述高职教师在数字化意识、数字化知识与技能、数字技术创新应用、数字社会责任和专业发展这五方面可能面临的数字化学习环境建设不均衡、碎片化学习泛化、技术主导、治理滞后、数字替代等方面带来的系列挑战.在此基础上,提出以技术赋能为支点,以高职教师数字素养提升的制度制定、环境建设、课程设置、教学方式创新和教学评价改革为建设要素,构建"一支点五要素"的高职教师数字素养提升实践路径.
The Demands of the Times,Realistic Challenges and Practical Path for Enhancing the Digital Literacy of Vocational College Teachers in the Context of Digital Transformation
With the digital transformation and upgrading of education,the enhancement of digital literacy among vocational college teachers faces new demands and challenges of the times. This article analyzes the new demands placed on the digital literacy of vocational college teachers in the era of digital transformation from three perspectives:educational development,talent cultivation,and teacher development. By referencing the"Industry Standards for Teachers' Digital Literacy,"it discusses the series of challenges that vocational college teachers may encounter in five aspects:digital awareness,digital technology knowledge and skills,digital application,digital social responsibility,and professional development. These challenges include uneven construction of digital environments,the proliferation of fragmented learning,technological colonization,lagging governance,and digital substitution. On this basis,this paper proposes to build a practical framework for enhancing the digital literacy of vocational college teachers with"one fulcrum-five elements",which takes technological empowerment as the fulcrum and consists of institutional formulation,environmental construction,curriculum setting,teaching method innovation,and teaching evaluation reform as the construction elements.
