数字化是提升治理效能的新时代引擎。国家发展规划的导引、应对治理挑战的需要和现代数字技术的支持构成了数字化赋能学校安全治理的多维动因。通过赋能治理主体以凝聚学校安全治理多元合力、赋能治理结构以强化学校安全治理纵横协作、赋能治理决策以改进学校安全治理决策质量、赋能治理评估以完善学校安全治理评估体系,是数字化赋能学校安全治理的本质内涵。为促进数字技术与学校安全治理的全方位互嵌,需要构建学校安全治理数字化生态系统,建设学校安全治理数字化人才队伍,健全学校安全治理数字化制度体系,以及防控学校安全治理数字化潜在风险。
Digital Empowerment for School Safety Governance:Multidimensional Motivations,Essential Connotations,and Implementation Paths
Digitalization is the engine of a new era to enhance governance efficiency.The guidance of national development planning,the need to address governance challenges,and the support of modern digital technology constitute the multidimensional driving forces of digital empowerment for school safety governance.The essential connotation of digital empowerment for school safety governance is to empower governance entities to unite the diverse forces of school safety governance,empower governance structures to strengthen the vertical and horizontal collaboration of school safety governance,empower governance decisions to improve the quality of school safety governance decisions,and empower governance evaluation to improve the evaluation system of school safety governance.In order to promote the full-scale inter-embedding of digital technology and school safety governance,it is necessary to build a digital ecosystem for school safety governance,build a digital talent team for school safety governance,improve the digital institutional system for school safety governance,and prevent and control potential risks in digitalization of school safety governance.
