大学生可持续就业能力:结构模型、测评工具及应用

大学生作为当前和未来劳动力市场的主要群体,其可持续就业能力对于我国深入实施人才强国战略、铸就新质生产力、推动人的全面发展具有重要意义。为探究大学生可持续就业能力的概念、结构、测量和现状,课题组采用混合研究方法,先对 30 位大学生就业问题利益相关者进行扎根理论探索,构建大学生可持续就业能力的初始结构模型,再通过对 434 名大学生的问卷调查,形成大学生可持续就业能力"八因素结构"模型,并编制了具有良好信效度的测评问卷。应用研究表明,当前大学生可持续就业能力处于中等偏上水平;各维度均值由高到低依次是职业品质、社交情感能力、成就导向、持续学习能力、平衡适应能力、高阶思维能力、职业洞察能力、数字信息能力;在性别、生源地、健康状况变量上存在显著差异。鉴于此,研究提出了高校培养和提升大学生可持续就业能力的相关建议。
College Students'Sustainable Employability:Structural Models,Assessment Tools and Applications
As the main group of the current and future labor market,college students'sustainable employability is of great significance for the in-depth implementation of the strategy of reinvigorating China through human resource development,strengthening new quality productive forces and promoting the all-round development of people.In order to explore the concept,structure,measurement and status quo of college students'sustainable employability,this study adopts a mixed research method.Based on the theoretical exploration with 30 stakeholders,the research formed the initial structural model of college students'sustainable employability.Through a questionnaire survey of 434 college students,an eight-factor structural model of college students'sustainable employability was finally constructed,and the corresponding questionnaire was developed.The applied research indicates that the current sustainable employability of college students is above the medium level;the average of each dimension from high to low is professional quality,social emotional ability,achievement orientation,continuous learning ability,balanced adaptability,higher-order thinking ability,career insight ability and digital information ability;there were significant differences in gender,place of origin and health status.On the basis of the research results,the paper proposed a series of inspirations and improvement strategies for college students'sustainable employability.
